HIVE Marketing

This project aimed to develop a marketing campaign in order to promote EMHS’ HIVE facilities by establishing a brand identity and increasing brand engagement.

Approach

Research and analysis is conducted in order to understand the target market and segment them into relevant groups, where analysis such as surveying, reporting and researching is undergone. A competitor analysis is also conducted in order to establish a valuable brand positioning, and a marketing plan is ultimately produced that highlights brand identity and recommendations for HIVE’s future.

A thorough marketing plan was produced, providing the client with relevant opportunity to enhance the established brand identity.

The marketing plan was appropriately pitched to all stakeholders in order to succinctly communicate all important points.
