Gemma Alker has been named a finalist in the 20th annual international The Stevie® Awards for Women in Business for two categories: Female Executive of the Year (Business Products –10 or Less Employees) and Female Innovator of the Year (Govt or Non-Profit –10 or Less Employees).
The Stevie Awards are recognised as the world’s premier business awards. The Stevie Awards for Women in Business recognise women entrepreneurs, executives, employees, and the organisations they lead worldwide. With more than 1,600 nominations from 26 countries across 100+ categories received in this year, it’s evident the vast landscape of global collaboration, talent and innovation excellence these awards recognise.
Gemma says these awards aren’t solely personal accolades; they’re a reflection of the incredible community who have shared in the journey. They mark a milestone for the tireless dedication and commitment of the fabulous Innovation Central Brisbane team, amazing partners in Cisco and so many more, and the collaborative and supportive colleagues and mentors who have collectively believed in and worked towards a shared vision.
The awards will be announced at a ceremony on 10 November in New York.
